Terms of use

These terms cover Club Garage, a club app for people 13 and older. If you don't agree, don't create an account.

The account is free for members

Signing up and using a club, a garage, and messages doesn't require a subscription in this version. We may add a paid plan for clubs or part referrals later. If we do, it won't turn a free membership into a surprise charge.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, posts, and car details you add. You give Club Garage permission to store and show that content to the people these terms and the privacy policy allow — club members, for club posts; other members, for a public car. You can delete your content, and you can delete the account.

Clubs

The owner and admins run the club: roles, approvals, pins, removals, and bans. Moderators can remove posts and comments and handle reports. Don't join a club to harass it. Club leaders can remove you, and we can suspend an account that keeps breaking these terms.

Don't do this

• Threaten, harass, or post someone else's private information.
• Post illegal content, including anything sexual involving a minor.
• Break into another member's account or scrape private clubs and messages.
• Pretend to be another person or another club.

No warranty

The app is provided as-is. Meets you organize are yours to run safely. Club Garage is not affiliated with car manufacturers or with other car apps. Part links you save are just links — we don't sell the parts and we aren't responsible for the stores they point to.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law rules. Contact privacy@clubgarage.app.
